The Fool

Behold I, the archetypical fool,

Who wields irony as a tool.

In the name of the Absurd,

I oppose, shamelessly, the herd.

I pledge no loyalty to you,

Nor to anyone, but that, the truth.

So often am I deemed insane,

To say fuck-all to these social games.

For it is I, revealing those inequities,

Had of all social groups, dynamically.

Or, perhaps, it’s the other way around,

It matters not, for the two are bound.

Whence this relation, necessarily,

Arises that concept of insanity.

Alas, the One is but essentially,

Just one name more, for the Many.

Vis creation a la negation,

Inverse procepts, same equation.

Ultimately, to deny this simple truth,

Makes, but in my eyes, the fool of you.
